A NOP(short for No OPeration or No Operation Performed), opcode is a opcode which does nothing at all. In San Andreas there many of these, some will have no parameters, others will have many, pay attention although they do nothing, they can be used to perform scripting tricks, (such as scripted text, sub rot writing and etc). For example 0000: would be commonly used at the start of a quick CLEO script to avoid the jump to 0 offset.
The most known of the NOP opcodes is the following:
This one is commonly used to display text, writing messages in script, to point out something, or may be write the authors name in the script, or the data the script was made/modified.
Here is a list of all (known) NOP opcodes of San Andreas, from the .ini, file.
Note; that some of them actually may have more parameters then said.
See in your .ini file for how many parameters they have, if the opcode does actually have more parameters then Sanny Builder says, but it ant important as they make no action actually.
