Description

HUME is a great tool by Seemann.
It lets you manipulate the background textures in the main menu. You can set what textures are displayed in each menu screen, change the position of that texture, or use a video file as the background. The project is abandoned.

How to install

The best way to install, is, install CLEO(if you have not), just place the files hume.cleo and hume.ini at the \CLEO directory.
